ALEKS Online for Worktext for Prealgebra:  This site matches the ALEKS numbers and topics listed in the Modules. 

Algebra Concepts: Designed to prepare students for the Regents Exam.  Topics cover an explanation and Practice Problems.  Although it provides good introductory material, the problems are often easier than in your coursework.

Algebra Help: An algebra textbook online.  It explains topics but does not have problems to do.

Algebra Textbook online:  This is an algebra text with explanations and problems.  You should find it very helpful.

Algebra, Understanding: James Brennan has put his algebra book online. Since it is a textbook it is well organized with explanations and examples. 

Dan's Math@Home Lessons: These lessons include work in prealgebra and beginning algebra. 

Introduction to Algebra:  Math League maintains a site to help students study for mathematics competitions.  Topics are well explained.

Math.com:  This site uses a 4-step approaches to help you learn: an overview, an in depth explanation, examples, and practice problems.  Many of the topics covered in this course are on this site.

Math Help  Yahoo! Education:  You choose from a list of topics.  You are given a set of problems to do with a "tutorial" available for each one.

Math for Morons Like Us: As the title implies this site explains things with humor and is aimed at the non-math person.

Mrs. Glosser's Math Goodies:   This site has some nice lessons on negative numbers, percentages, and exponents ("Number Theory", they call it).  And they have a message board with a pretty fast answer time.

Purplemath - Your Algebra Resource: This site was an extensive list of topics with explanations.

Regent's Exam Prep Center Math A:  This site has a list of topics with explanations and sample problems.  It is designed to help students pass the Regent's Test in New York.

Regent's Exam Prep Center Math B:  Like site A above except covers more advanced topics.

S.O.S. Mathematics: This site offers lessons on topics ranging from algebra to calculus and beyond.  

West Texas A&M University - Beginning Algebra:  Tutorial over topics covered in this prealgebra course.
